Terms and conditions

A signed copy of these terms and conditions must be returned to Lisa's Home Pet Care before I am able to care for any pets.

 

All visits will be carried out as per agreed days and approximate times. Your pet's welfare is extremely important, and any extra visits or emergency medical care will be provided at your expense. (Every effort will be made to agree this with you or one of your emergency contacts first).

You or your emergency contact will be contacted straight away if there are any safety concerns or issues with your home such as break ins, flooding, storm damage etc.

Lisa's Pet Care takes no responsibility for break ins, flooding, storm damage, damage caused to your property or possessions by your pets or any other unforeseen circumstances.

If any pets in my care are allowed access to the outside or are kept outside, Lisa's Pet care will take no responsibility for missing or injured pets although we will ensure medical help is obtained or appropriate searches are put into place.

All invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt.

Your house keys / entry codes / alarm codes will be kept in a locked secure location with all security procedures put into place. Please discuss with Lisa for more details.

Goody bags are limited to one per household for new customers.
